Enterprise Technology Workforce Transformation for a Fortune 500 Financial Services Company
Customized learning journeys, expert instruction, and hands-on labs delivered technology capability development at enterprise scale.
Narrative
The Challenge
A Fortune 500 financial services organization with more than 10,000 technology professionals across the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia had established a centralized Learning & Development organization to drive consistent upskilling and reskilling strategies across more than ten business P&Ls.
The organization faced three major challenges:
- Rapid technology change made it difficult to identify common workforce skill priorities.
- Generic self-paced learning was not providing enough practical, hands-on experience.
- A geographically distributed workforce made traditional classroom training difficult to scale.
The Digi-Safari Solution
Digi-Safari worked with the customer to analyze more than 100 critical technology skills across the enterprise and organize them into logical technology and capability clusters.
Based on these priorities, Digi-Safari identified more than 20 high-demand learning programs and developed customized curricula combining:
- Instructor-led learning
- Hands-on labs
- Practical projects
- Cloud environments
- Virtual machines
- AI-assisted learning environments
- Enterprise-relevant technology scenarios
Programs were delivered virtually through experienced technology instructors, enabling employees across multiple geographies to participate without the logistical limitations of classroom-based training.
Digi-Safari also incorporated continuous learner feedback and program performance data to refine curriculum, labs, and delivery models over time.
